EditRemote Display Control - Download
This tool allows you to display your PDA on a laptop or desktop while connected to it with Active Sync. To install Remote Display Control go to this link:
Microsoft Remote Display Control Downloadand click the the
Remote Display Control for Pocket PC, the fourth option listed and then select the
Download Now link.
This will install the Remote Control Dsiplay tool on your desktop and your PDA. Your PDA
must be connected to your desktop for the install to work properly on your PDA for the first time.
EditRemote Display Control - Connecting
To connect your PDA and display the screens on your laptop or desktop PC you first need to connect your PDA with a USB cable or cradle to your laptop / desktop. Once connected click on your Windows Start Flag on your laptop / desktop and go to All Programs and find Remote Display Control as shown to the right.
After clicking this a new smaller window will appear that will be blank. It is important that you open this on your laptop / desktop first.
Next you will go to your PDA; it should be connected to your laptop / desktop with your cradle or a USB cable. Click the "Start" flag in the upper left hand corner of your PDA.
1. Find Programs in the list and tap this menu option.
2. In the programs you will find the CER Display program, tap it now.
3. Then tap "Ok" for the Copyright screen.
4. Now tap "Connect" on the next screen.
5. Now tap "Ok" to connect to the host. (There will be no need to change the hostname.)

Your PDA screen should now be displayed on your laptop / desktop.
