Child Level Equipment – a system component that can be added to a Parent Level Equipment Item, i.e. a Supply Outlet.

Data “at risk” – Any data that is on your Field Tool that has not been Synchronized with the AiRNAB web server. If your PDA is lost or stolen then any un-synchronized data is lost. The more frequently you synchronize, the lower your exposure to lost data.

Deficiencies – Issues or punchlist items identified on the job that prevent a TAB technician from completing testing and balancing work.

Detail Report – An equipment Test Report that displays all relevant data in categories in a data bin arrangement. Generally, one piece of equipment per report.

Field Tool – The PDA or hand held device that is used in the field for data collection.

Guest User – Web Tool security level that allows access to only projects that are assigned to the user. This security level is restricted from accessing the Contact Manager, Report Setup, Field Devices and Company Settings Web Tool menus. This security level has Read-Only access.

Parameters – The label for information that you would like collected for a piece of equipment. i.e. Unit Manufacturer

Parent Level Equipment – An equipment item that exists at the Root level of the Equipment Tree, i.e. an Air Handling Unit.

Report and Document Center – the area on the Web Tool where reports can be selected for printing.

Rolling Report – This report is available in the Report Document Center and when available groups reports by system. For example, a Rolling Report for the AHU will print the AHU Detail Report followed by a Supply Outlet Summary or by a VAV Detail Report with it’s accompanying Supply Outlet Summary. This report will “roll” through all of the system components until it is complete and then continues to the next Parent level equipment item.

Status Flags – Indicators on the All Projects page that can be customized to the Users needs. They include: Status Flags, Priorities and Milestones.

Summary Report – A by equipment selection report that has a tabular format with equipment displayed in rows and then as many as 15 columns of data displayed for each equipment item. NEBB and AABC do not have report requirements for many Summary Reports that are available in AiRNAB. By default, each piece of equipment on the AiRNAB equipment tree has a Detail and Summary report available. This report can be printed in either a portrait or landscape orientation.
