Report Header Graphic Menu Option

The Report Header Graphic is where a User with Administrator level access can define the content for the space that will be appear at the top of every report generated in AiRNAB.

To access the Report Header Graphic go to the Global Menu on the left hand side of the Web Page and click on Report Setup and Report Header Graphic to open the screen shot shown at the bottom of this page.

This graphic file should be a JPEG and should have dimensions of 672 pixels wide x 72 pixels high. You can develop something on your own or hire a graphics specialist to make a JPEG file with your logo, a slogan and maybe some accredation logos. This area is yours to do exactly what you want.

If you want to try and accomplish this on your own you can use Microsoft Paint, Photoshop or some other imaging program. If you do not have a program like this or don't know how to do this you can contact AiRNAB for some assistance. Your other option is to hire a graphics specialist and you will be guaranteed to get a very nice looking header.

Once you have your JPEG saved to your computer all you need to do is upload the file to our server. To do this refer to the screen shot to the right.

Start by clicking the Browse button and browse your computer for your JPEG file. When you find it click on the file and it will populate the box to the left of the Browse button. Now click the Apply New Graphic button and your report header will appear in the sample box above the browse area.

If your graphic does not appear after clicking the Apply New Graphic button then verify that your graphic size is 672 x 72 pixels and that you are using a JPEG picture. The picture size must be exact. If you are still having problems please contact AiRNAB support at (888) 524-7622 ext2 for assistance.
